Majestic - Murphy Bed with Sofa

I visited the store to purchase a new mattress. They attentively listened to my requirements and suggested the best deal to meet my needs. They also introduced me to a new mattress that I ultimately bought and I am extremely content with my purchase.

We ordered the majestic bed/couch combo on New Year’s Day- took a few months to get it from Eastern Europe to New Mexico but we were very happy with it when it finally arrived. George, their operations manager was polite and communicative throughout the process. It was well packaged and solidly built, we haven’t assembled it yet as the room it’s going in is waiting on flooring- will add pictures when it’s in.

This bed is awesome. It’s exactly what I wanted. But man, did I have to earn it. I’m pretty proficient with building things, but this bed was a whole different level of complicated. If you’re not mechanically inclined, pay someone to do the assembly for you. Otherwise, block off at least 6 hours to put the bed and sofa together.

I am extremely satisfied with the product, assembly and, that is the most important - with your customer support (George) who led me through entire process of making choice, purchasing and finding installation team in my area.
