Refund, Warranty & Safety Policy

Returns

  1. Orders cancelled after 72 hours, but before the product ships, will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 
  2. Orders cancelled after the product ships will be charged a 50% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error CANNOT BE RETURNED                                
  4. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (UNOPENED) will be charged a 65% restocking fee and return shipping charges.         


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Policy

Murphy Bed NYC warranties only for hydraulic mechanisms for a period of two 5 years. If you have any issue, please contact us by phone, email or using the live chat feature when available.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at info@murphybednyc.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we only offer a one time FREE SHIPPING, after which there will be a shipping charge for any other replacements or exchanges. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Safety Policy

The Purchaser agrees to hire a qualified and insured assembly and installation specialist. Failure to follow all of the assembly and Installation instructions may result in injury. Murphy Bed NYC (Furniture by pro Inc) will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or injuries resulting from the failure to follow properly and carefully all instructions. Please note that we do not include studs which attach the bed to the wall due to safety reasons. A qualified and insured assembly and installation specialist should be able to determine the type of wall you have after which you can purchase the studs from a local hardware store. Please make sure to adhere to the recommended mattress thickness size advertised on the product page.
