We absolutely love our new Elara Longa with Desk! We replaced a soft bed in a master room with this bed and now the room looks really nice and give us so much more room when the bed is not in use. The instructions were good and we had no problems putting it together. I would recommend this company to my friends - this is a good quality bed.

I haven't actually gotten your product, but I am hopeful/optimistic that it is good. The main issue I am dealing with is as follows:
-You guys initially provided a ship date that was then delayed by a week, due to your production delays.
-this coincided with my personal travel and so I could not be home for the revised delivery date, so the shipping date go pushed out further.
-The bed/desk is now shipping but I put an error in the delivery address and sent you guys an email over the weekend about fixing this but still have not heard back.
-Can you guys please respond and help me fix my shipping address error?
-Excited about the product but very concerned that the shipment will get lost!

I don’t often write reviews but I felt I had to give a credit is due.
Really well packed and arrived on time.
Super easy to put together in fact my 18 years old son helped with most of it.
I don't buy a lot of Wall beds - one should be plenty - but if I ever need another I would 100% go back to Murphy Bed NYC.
