Luxoria White with Shelves and Sofa

I have only received the cabinet and bed frame. Sofa was back ordered. Notified me after the purchase made. Not happy!! So far everything went together per instructions. Although the instructions are unclear at certain areas. Very good quality. Shipping crate very well made. No damage. I recommend this product. Will comment later when sofa arrives.

Preliminary review: I'm excited about my purchase but won't be setting it up for a few months. In the meantime, sharing feedback on the shipping process. After purchasing (cyber Monday sale), I did not receive any information about delivery estimates or tracking. That was not an issue because I am not in a rush to install. However, yesterday I was surprised by a phone call from a delivery service letting me know they would be arriving with my bed in about 7 minutes. Fortunately I was able to take a break from work, clear some space in my garage, and meet the delivery truck. The items were compactly packaged (see photo) which I was happy about. Overall, I was taken aback by the surprise delivery, but otherwise so far so good.

I purchased this in the gray tone just the way you see it in the picture with the shelving on the sides. I had a few issues I need a cushion replaced, and one of the slats broke. It was immediately sent to me with no expense on my part, the team is friendly. The store was nice and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a Murphy bed. Thanks guys.

I ordered my sofa a few months back and honestly waited to give this review. I can say the product quite firm and really comfortable. I'd recommend because I am able to save a lot of space with this.

Beautiful bed with sofa and a great addition to our small bedroom. Firm but comfortable and a great place to lie and read and escape the family. Also, I want to say thank you to George for his help with my annoying questions.
