The entire process for getting the Elara Comfort was a good experience. The ordering I did online with no issues. The timeframe that was given for delivery was actually a few days off but good because we received the bed earlier. they were on time. The bed is heavy so have 2 people to do the moving. The instructions are very clear on the steps and was easy to put together but it takes time. Very happy with the bed and the way it looks.
We had some issues with ordering our new Murphy bed including wanting to make sure the shipped packages would fit up to our third floor walk up (it did). Every concern we had was addressed and they made sure we were happy through the whole process. We LOVE our Elara Long Queen size. We have a small guest room and wanted the flexibility to have it act as an office for the majority of the time but easily transition to a guest room when needed. This unit does that spectacularly, and looks stylish while doing so. We highly recommend!
