We are very happy with this purchase. It assembled very well and it looks very nice in the room. Mechanism is very easy to operate. Also happy the bed can be stored fully made without interfering with the mechanism and stays up in place. Great purchase and highly recommended!

Worked great for an efficiency that we were furnishing. We hired our handyman to put together and he missed one little step. Had to call customer service and they answered immediately with a LIVE person and totally walked us through what we needed to do to fix it. They were so helpful. So my advice would be, follow each step carefully.

Instructions for this are quite difficult. Packaging isn't completely labeled, I'm still working with customer service for getting the locking mechanism to work properly.
The bed looks great in the space though. Just know that this is far more difficult than any Ikea build.
